Role overview:
Do you have a flair for crafting compelling narratives and building lasting relationships? Join us as an Outreach & PR Specialist, where you'll be the voice of our brand to the media world. Your responsibilities will include writing creative pitches, spearheading outreach efforts, and nurturing connections with journalists and influencers.
With expertise in email campaign management and list segmentation, you'll orchestrate targeted outreach strategies to secure impactful coverage. As the linchpin between our brand and the press, your ability to craft engaging pitches and foster meaningful relationships will be instrumental in our success. Responsibilities:
Plan outreach strategies for campaigns, including participating in the content creation part of the process, mainly by writing stories, press releases, and compelling email pitches where needed.
Pitch to journalists and media representatives
In charge of Woodpecker, our cold email tool for the execution of the campaigns
Secure coverage and maintain relationships.
Handle communication with high-profile institutions like BBC or the New York Times.
Build relationships with journalists, media representatives, and other publication representatives.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience running outreach campaigns
A "journalistic" eye - you can tell what topics catch on and you can identify popular trends across media with ease.
Data- and experimentation-driven approach to work
Demonstrable examples of successful stories being published in media
Creativity: You can think outside the box and constantly have fresh campaign ideas.
You can work CET hours.
You have an excellent command of the English language (at least C1 level, both speaking and writing).

Employment terms:
Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment (available only for candidates based in Poland)
The first contract will be signed for six months
Salary (monthly):
EURO: 1 410 - 1 830 net B2B or 1 170 - 1 530 gross CoE
PLN (Poland-located employees): 6 000 - 7 800 net B2B or 5 500 - 6 500 gross CoE
Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones
Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków

Recruitment process:
An introduction call with the recruiter where you will learn more about the position (30-40 minutes)
Task to evaluate your product and role knowledge (the case should not take more than 2-3 hours of work. You will have five days to send back your assignment)
Task follow-up + role-related interview with our Marketing Manager and CEO (90 minutes)
Cognitive Ability and Culture Fit Interview with our COO and Head of HR (90 minutes)

Most of our advertisements concern positions for which we are constantly recruiting. The selection of a given candidate does not close the recruitment process.
