Omni Calculator is a Polish tech company that helps to solve real-life problems by using science, numbers, and equations and thus to make decisions rationally. Our main product - the web application omnicalculator.com contains over 3000 custom-built calculators co-created by experts in various fields of science and is visited over 17 million times a month. We have a considerable track record in pitching stories about our calculators, with over 5000 linking domains and coverage from media outlets such as The New York Times, National Geographic, The Guardian, and The Washington Post.
We are currently looking for a seasoned SEO Specialist for our newly created team. One of the key aspects of the role will be to boost Omni’s visibility and organic growth. Together with the marketing and content teams, you will contribute to optimizing content and making it more engaging.
We are NOT looking for copywriters, content creators, or digital marketing specialists.
What you will do:
Create, support, and implement SEO and content strategy
Optimize on- and off-page SEO
Conduct keyword research in various languages
Keep track of the latest SEO trends and competitors
Work closely with the marketing and content teams on building new and optimizing the existing content
Take care of the link-building process
Implement best SEO practices
Requirements:
Two years of experience
Knowledge of HTML
Good understanding of SEO and a content role in it
Knowledge of SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer
Experience in link-building
Analytical skills
Excellent English
Nice-to-have:
Experience and knowledge of the US market
Experience in creating content strategies for large content platforms
Employment terms
Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment
Salary: 6 000 - 11 500 net PLN B2B or 5 000 - 9 500 gross PLN CoE - This salary is for Poland. Your salary will be adjusted to the cost of living in your country.

Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from one of our office locations in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków or Twarda St. in Warsaw

Recruitment process
An introduction call with the recruiter where you will learn more about the position (30-40 mins).
We will ask you to complete a recruitment task (around 4 hours of work).
An hour-long call with the Head of SEO and SEO specialist to assess your skills.

How long do we process your data?
Most of our advertisements concern positions for which we are constantly recruiting. The selection of a given candidate does not close the recruitment process. In these cases, we process your personal data for the time necessary to select the best candidate, but no longer than 12 months from receiving your application.
