Omni Calculator is a Polish tech company that helps solve real-life problems using science, numbers, and equations, thus making decisions rationally. Our main product - the web application contains over 3500 custom-built calculators co-created by experts in various fields of science. It is visited over 17 million times a month. Media outlets such as The New York Times, National Geographic, The Guardian, and The Washington Post featured our calculators.

Role overview:

We are searching for an experienced Head of Product who will serve as a hands-on leader overseeing the entire spectrum of product development. The role includes formulating a comprehensive product strategy, strategic planning, priority setting, conducting thorough research and analysis, and effective communication.

You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including the CEO, COO, Head of Content, Head of Engineering, and high-performing development team, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to product development.

The ideal candidate should also possess strong managerial skills to effectively lead and inspire the product team, fostering cooperation and an innovative working environment. 


  • Take ownership of shaping the future of a product already embraced by millions, primarily focusing on expanding its user base and enhancing revenue streams.

  • Drive strategies and initiatives that drive increased usage and financial growth,

  • Manage the product team, organize its work, and lead and mentor its members. 

  • Closely cooperate with internal stakeholders on the product strategy and be able to understand the business needs. 

  • Strategically leverage data to gain insights into the requirements of end-users. 

  • Utilize data to craft optimal solutions that precisely cater to the users’ needs and actively incorporate data-driven approaches in shaping and refining overarching strategic initiatives.


  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in developing a core product or a portfolio of products, showcasing a proven track record of driving significant growth in key business performance indicators. 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in deading and managing teams to achieve successful product development and business outcomes 

  • Excellent understanding of product management practices, feature prioritization, roadmap, and business requirements.

  • Proven experience in at least one of the following topics: publishing, SEO/SEM, and websites with substantial user engagement.

  • Experience working in a founder-led startup

  • Excellent knowledge of SCRUM and experience in building agile processes. 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to read and pull data to find essential information and make product decisions.

  • You can switch between a high-level strategic view of our product and manageable, actionable tasks needed to achieve our goals. 

  • You are located in Europe or willing to relocate for this position. 

  • You communicate in excellent English, both written and verbal. 


  • Experience in SaaS product development

Employment terms:

  • Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment

  • Salary (Monthly): 24 000 - 35 000 net PLN B2B or 20 000 - 29 000 gross PLN CoE

  • Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones

  • Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków

  • General interview about your experience (60 minutes)

  • Case Study: Strategic Product Vision and Roadmap Development

  • Presentation of work with a discussion of role-related knowledge (90 minutes)

  • The final round

    • General Cognitive Ability Interview (60 minutes)

    • Leadership and Ownership Assessment (60 minutes)
