Role overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Product) who will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the product teams and senior leadership. By employing GA4 and Looker, you will create and produce data visualizations and reports that will be instrumental in reporting important metrics like traffic, revenue, and product success, as well as metrics that influence the product.


You will take responsibility and ownership of the company’s data analysis structure policy, effective event tracking on all products, and working out event tracking requirements with Product Managers and Engineering teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports in GA4 and Looker to support Product Managers and Senior Leadership Team in decision-making.

  • Oversee and enhance the company's data analysis framework to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage key reports such as traffic, revenue, and other business-critical metrics.

  • Maintain a comprehensive data dictionary detailing metrics, sources, and definitions for easy reference.

  • Educate the organization on fundamental data analytics concepts.

  • Collaborate with the Data Engineer on technical requirements for data source integration within Looker.

  • Ensure comprehensive event tracking coverage across all products.

  • Partner with Product Managers to define and refine tracking requirements.

  • Work closely with Engineering teams to clarify event tracking needs.

  • Assist Product Managers in building reports that measure and track the success of product launches.


Requirements:

  • Skilled in GA4, Looker, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

  • Knowledge of A/B test design, with a focus on determining statistical significance, audience size, and experiment duration.

  • Experience supporting Management with data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

  • Strong collaboration with engineering teams to implement and optimize data tracking and reporting solutions.

  • Due to GDPR, you must be located in the EU


Employment terms:

  • Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment (available only for candidates based in Poland)

  • The first contract will be signed for six months

  • Salary (monthly): 

  • EURO: 2 340 - 3 740 net B2B 

  • PLN (Poland-located employees): 10 000 - 16 000 net B2B or 8 500 - 13 500 gross CoE

  • Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones

  • Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków

Recruitment process:

  • We will ask you to complete a recruitment task.

  • An introduction call with the recruiter during which you will learn more about the position (30-40 mins).

  • A 90-minute call with the Head of Product and a Senior Product Analyst to learn about your experience and tech skills required for the position (90 minutes).

  • A 90-minute call with the Head of HR  and COO to delve deeper into your background and assess cultural alignment (90 minutes).

  • Finally, we may ask you for a reference from your former supervisors.

We process your personal data to assess your qualifications to provide services or work for our company, assess your abilities and skills needed to perform services or work and choose the proper person to work with us or provide services to us. We process your data in order to participate in an individual recruitment process or in order to participate in future recruitment processes, provided that you give us additional consent by selecting a voluntary checkbox.


On what legal basis do we process your data?

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which relates to processing necessary to perform a contract or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.


If you provide us with more data than is required to fulfill the purpose of the processing, the lawful basis for processing is article 6(1)(a), which relates to your consent expressed by providing us with additional data.

How long do we process your data?

Most of our advertisements concern positions for which we are constantly recruiting. The selection of a given candidate does not close the recruitment process. In these cases, we process your personal data for the time necessary to select the best candidate, but no longer than 12 months from receiving your application.
