Omni Calculator is a Polish startup that brings you 3000+ custom-built calculators (and still growing!). Each of them solves a real-life problem that, while tiny, is shared by millions across the globe. Our calculators take only seconds to use and give you precisely the numbers you need. 

We are visited over 20 million times per month and have been covered in media outlets such as The New York Times, The Guardian, and National Geographic.

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will bring data-driven insight into everything we do. Your recommendations will shape the product we’ll offer to our users and their experience, as well as help us make critical decisions on the strategic level.  

Responsibilities 

  • Working with the Senior Product Manager on creating our products: identifying opportunities for improvements and verifying the effectiveness of introduced changes. The upcoming milestones on our roadmap are:

  • Internationalization of the Omni Calculator website;

  • Full redesign of our website;

  • Delivery mobile app;

  • …. and more

  • Running analytics for the existing product: gathering information and analyzing users’ behavior, as well as providing actionable suggestions for changes. 

  • Providing A/B Tests to support our Product Development

  • Working with the CEO by providing data, calculations and actionable insights necessary to make strategic decisions. 

  • Preparing ad hoc analyses for other departments: marketing, HR, and research/content. 

  • Scoping and creating an insights infrastructure to support data-informed decision making.

Our Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a data/product analyst position with huge traffic.

  • Experience with web analytics, marketing funnels, and user conversion 

  • Everyday use on expert level Google Data Tools (GA4, Optimize) and Data visualization tool.

  • Working knowledge of various business models and monetization methods, especially programmatic ad revenue. 

  • Experience with supporting stakeholders in the data-driven decision-making process.

  • Excellent communication (in English :) and organizational skills.

Nice to have

Experience with working on SEO on large-scale websites

  • Experience with Atlassian Tools & GSuite 

  • Experience with UX Research

  • Salary: B2B 17000 - 23000 PLN net/CoE 15 000 - 20 000 PLN gross

What does the recruitment process look like?

  1. An introduction call with the Product Manager where you will learn more about the product and position (30-40 mins),

  2. Recruitment task.

  3. Call with Head of HR and UX Researcher about task and company culture. 

  4. Final call with the PM, External expert, and COO about expectations from both sides.
